Hotel Casa Monarca - Puebla

Casa Monarca had a fantastic location, just a few blocks from the city center. The 12-foot ceilings in our King Room. A couple of minor hiccups with the parking access and a lingering smell, but I'd definitely come back!

we had a sleeping area, a safe box, and a storage space in the family room. there were large bathrooms. the location was unbeatable and good, near to everything.

Will be back, the hotel was fairly clean, and location near to everything was absolutely perfect. Location: the property was really close to the centre, and Cholula. Dined at Don Pastor Reforma, it was within walking distance of the venue. We had a relaxing stay at this brand-new hotel👌❤

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. First, the front door was locked when we returned one night, leaving us outside for about 15 minutes until someone showed up to let us in. The room had a persistent musty odor.

Everyone was amicable and superfriendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Capilla del Arte. We found it in a pretty comfortable area close enough to Puebla.

The Family Suite with Balcony is a game changer with its 12-foot ceilings and comfy sofa that turns every meal into a feast. Plus, it's just a hop away from Tacana Restaurante for epic sandwiches! Cleanliness? Spot on, like it was ready for a high-tech lab!

A little hiccup with the 'sort of windows' that left the air feeling a tad funky, and the adventure of waiting 20 minutes outside while the hotel door was locked was less than ideal. Still, it was a nice stay overall.

great location , but needs minor improvements

The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. The mattress in my King Room was among the comfiest I've experienced on my travels in Mexico. I appreciated the clean and well-kept common areas, a pleasant space to relax.

I found the breakfast options to be limited, lacking variety.

Explore the nearby historic area. It offers vibrant street life and unique local cuisine just minutes away on foot.

Cozy room, spacious room, with a comfortable mattress and efficient air conditioning, made our stay enjoyable, and with the added benefit of 24-hour reception making check-in easy.

Spacious Rooms and Great Location, but Some Issues with Access

The hotel is just a short stroll from the historic square. There was one night when the front door was locked, leaving me outside for a bit until someone finally let me in, pretty uncomfortable.

This place has a fantastic location close to everything, the staff is always friendly, and the rooms are clean and come with useful amenities like an iron, electronic key card, and satellite TV.

Super spacious room with a walk-in shower and cozy seating. The location rocked for all our walking adventures.

The Family Suite with Balcony was awesome! Huge with 12 foot ceilings, comfy sofa, and a nice seating area. AC worked like a charm. Loved the walk-in shower and all the amenities like a safe and a steamer. The location was key for our walks around the historic area. Spa and wellness centre was a nice bonus too!

I highly recommend this place and would absolutely return, as it boasts a fantastic location just a short walk from Lewes Priory Park and is conveniently located 30 km from the airport.
